Head of the Police Academy Ahmed el Amari said the academy has upgraded its training programs in order to hone the skills of its students and qualify them for their mission in protecting the country and maintaining its stability.
The academy has trained the students on the use of state-of-the-art technology in order to counter any threats against the country and undermine any attempt to launch the so-called the fourth generation war against Egypt, he noted.
He said today's ceremony celebrates the graduation of 1,791 cadets, including 61 from Arab countries and 83 students who studied law in the English and French languages. The new batch includes 229 specialized officers who are university graduates, he added.
Amari noted that the people are the basic cornerstone of security and stability of the country in addition to a strong police institution that is ready for carrying out its duties to protect the country.(MORE)
