The man who flew from New York to Los Angeles with an expired boarding pass issued in someone else's name has been charged in federal court, officials said. Olajide Oluwaseun Noibi, a Nigerian American, was indicted Friday by a federal grand jury in Los Angeles on one charge of being a stowaway on the flight to Los Angeles and another charge of attempting to enter a secure area at Los Angeles International Airport, the Los Angeles Times reported. Noibi, 24, was in federal custody in Los Angeles. He will be arraigned in U.S. District Court July 18. Noibi was arrested in Los Angeles when he allegedly tried to board a Delta flight using an expired boarding pass issued in another person's name. Noibi last month boarded a Virgin Airlines flight to California without the proper documents. Authorities said the boarding pass he used to board the flight was expired and issued in another person's name.
