ISO 20000:2005 is one of the most prestigious and top rated international standards that promotes the adoption of an integrated, interrelated process approach to delivering managed IT services. Analysts say that with the prestigious international standard under its belt, the free zone will gain further credibility and visibility, helping it attract new foreign investments into Dubai. “By bolstering electronic services and technology in all business sectors, Dubai Airport Freezone is working in line with the directives of the Dubai Government.
