Emirates on Wednesday said it would now offer passengers the option to change their bookings online. Previously, Emirates customers could only make changes to their bookings through an Emirates agent or a travel agent. "Whether it is changing the time or date of travel, adding flights, or upgrading to Emirates First Class or Business Class, www.emirates.com gives passengers the freedom to change their bookings online," the carrier said in a statement. It added that regardless of whether passengers booked via the Emirates' website, through an Emirates agent or on the phone, passengers can "alter or add to their travel itinerary online", any time of the day.
