Malaysia's capital Kuala Lumpur has released "2015-2025 Kuala Lumpur Tourist Blueprint" .
Mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib presided over the release ceremony held recently.
The 10-year blueprint combines experience of the public domain and the private sector of the tourism industry, while making clear the objectives of the city’s tourism development.
It is both a strategy and an action plan for the growth of Kuala Lumpur tourism, the mayor said.
He added he hopes the programs and suggestions in the blueprint would be implemented to attract more foreign visitors and extend their stay, so as to increase tourism revenue and create more employment and investment chances.
