Moroccan Housing Minister Mohamed Nabil and Iraqi deputy minister of housing and reconstruction Estabraq al Shok left here on Thursday after participating in the 32nd meeting of the Council of Arab Housing and Construction Ministers.

They also attended the First Arab Ministerial Forum of the Ministers of Housing entitled “Arab Urbanism …. From present challenges to prospects for the future".

The forum aimed to raise awareness about sustainable urban development, and exchange experiences among Arab countries.

The forum's outcome reiterated the importance of reaching solutions to confront poverty in various areas.

It also discussed reconstruction of some Arab countries that were destroyed recently as well as intensifying Arab cooperation to face earthquakes and natural disasters and other issues.
