InterContinental London Park Lane has announced two new appointments to the fast expanding sales team. Lucy Sikora has been promoted to Business Development Manager UK MICE and Caroline Lewis enters InterContinental London Park Lane as Business Development Manager for Groups and Leisure. In 2010, Ms. Sikora joined InterContinental London Park Lane with 10 years hospitality experience working across a number of leading hotel groups including Marriott. As part of the companies’ commitment to encouraging development, ‘Room to Grow’, her ongoing success and achievements at InterContinental London Park Lane have been recognised with her recent promotion. Lucy will now be responsible for cultivating relationships with existing UK clients and developing new business within the MICE sector. Caroline Lewis joins InterContinental London Park Lane from Copthorne Tara Hotel, London Kensington where she was MICE Sales Executive. In her new role, Caroline will drive and develop new and existing business from the European business and leisure markets. She brings eight years international hospitality experience gained across F&B, Conference & Incentives, and MICE sales. ‘This is an exciting time for London and InterContinental Park Lane sits at the heart of it’, said Michael Green, Area Sales Director for London. ‘We are strategically growing our sales force inline with the demand and requirements of visitors to the Capital and we can offer a bespoke approach and understanding to each client that is quite unique in the industry.’
