Kicking off the holiday season, the Coral Beach Resort – Sharjah announced its hugely popular annual Summer Camp for children that will run from June 16 to July 15 every morning between 9am and 1pm. In addition to the usual kids’ club activities such as swimming, sand colouring, arts and crafts, Tai Chi, Karate and Hip Hop dance and cookery lessons ranging from cake decoration to pizza and pasta preparation, the Summer Camp will offer some exciting excursions. These will include supervised trips to the Sharjah Aquarium, the Car Museum and Chocolate Factory. According to Jean-Pierre Simon, Regional General Manager, Northern Emirates, Coral Hotels & Resorts, the aim is to keep children ‘busy as bees’, with a range of pursuits that will entertain, education and exercise. “We want to offer more than just games to our young guests, stimulating their imagination and giving them precious memories to take home,” he said. The Coral Beach Resort – Sharjah features 156 spacious rooms, many with panoramic sea-view. A major attraction is the wide repertoire of dining options with menus to cater to every taste. The resort is located on one of the emirate’s principal sand beaches and features a range of leisure activities for all ages, including the Rimal Club, state-of-the-art fitness centre, children’s pool, indoor playroom and complimentary Kid’s Club as well as tennis, badminton, volleyball and two outdoor swimming pools.
