Syrian government delegation heads to Beirut through Cairo

The Syrian government delegation arrived at the Cairo International Airport on Thursday en route to Beirut.
The 13-member delegation, chaired by Syria's ambassador to the United Nations, Bashar al-Jaafari, came from Geneva after taking part in the UN brokered peace talks there.
Al-Jaafari blamed the Syrian opposition for the failure of the first round of the peace talks, along with the poor preparations
