Tourism Development and Investment Company
Dubai - WAM

Tourism Development and Investment Company, TDIC, the master developer of major tourism, cultural and residential destinations in Abu Dhabi, announced yesterday that it will showcase its latest residential and investment offerings on Saadiyat at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2015.

The annual event is running from April 21st to 23rd at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, ADNEC. Visitors to TDIC's stand can learn more about the progress of various developments on Saadiyat, including the internationally-anticipated Louvre Abu Dhabi, and Mamsha Al Saadiyat, the first residential development to be located in the cultural district, and among others. TDIC representatives will also be on hand to highlight the various investment opportunities available across the island.

Ali Majed Al Mansoori, TDIC's Chairman of the Board, said, "We are pleased to once again participate in Cityscape Abu Dhabi, which offers us a platform to showcase our growing portfolio, including our latest projects, to interested investors and potential homeowners. We look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand, where they can learn about the full range of developments and opportunities available on Saadiyat through various models and interactive elements."

TDIC will also be launching an exciting new residential development that will be located in the Saadiyat Beach District. The modern, family-friendly community will occupy a prime location that offers stunning views and easy access to the district's leading hospitality, leisure, and retail offerings.

"Saadiyat is today home to a number of anchor projects, such as high-end residential communities, renowned educational institutions, hospitality and cultural developments. These are being established by TDIC as well as private developers," Al Mansoori said.
