The Wilayat of Wadi Bani Khalid is witnessing intensive tourism activity nowadays, with visitors from all over the Sultanate and abroad flocking to the pools, Mugal Cave, Hawar natural park and Ain al Sarooj after passing through mountain series and experiencing travel on rough terrain leading to hotspots in this wilayat which lies 220 kilometres away from Muscat.
