Red for harmony and passion

Feng Shui colours must be used wisely to bring the best feng shui energy into the home. Red is an excellent colour choice as it is the symbol of joy and harmony. Red belongs to the element "fire" in feng shui and using it properly, will bring joy, excitement and passion. The colour red represents luck and happiness according to the Chinese, while for Indians it is the colour symbolic of love and romance. The colour should be used to accessorise rather than furnishing a room since using it too much will bring restlessness and anger to the room. It is not advisable to use it as a wall colour.
