Wounded Libyan Rebel Ten of Misurata rebels were killed and other 45 wounded on Saturday, during the fights against Gaddafi’a loyalists, west of Sirte, according to the doctor at the field hospital at the front of the Sirte, Faraj Al- Ajili.
Al-Ajili said that they still can’t confine the number of the people who were killed in both sides; he said that there are many critical cases, and are being transferred by helicopters to receive treatment in Misurata.
On the other hand, German government plans to establish an air bridge to transport critical cases from Libya to receive treatment in Germany.
The German newspaper "Frankfurter Rundschau", quoted on Saturday, the German Foreign Office spokesman saying that: “the government is making serious efforts to implement the plan as soon as possible.”
the spokesman said, that the transfer of the patients from Libya to Germany, will be carried out in a non-bureaucratic way, and that Germany is the only country that issues visas "Schengen" to the war victims, pointing out that orders have been given to the German embassies in Tripoli, Cairo and Tunisia, "to ease the process of issuing the visas for people, without bureaucratic procedures.”
In the field, a commander, Mohammad Al-Saifi, said that the rebels launched an attack, considered to be the  largest of its kind so far, in the city of Sirte, which has been under siege for about three weeks, to impose control on the center of the city, after heavy shelling by tanks and mortars, on  sites belong to  Qaddafi Loyalists in the city.
Al-Saifi's explained to “Arabs today," that the goal of the rebels now is to control the Hall of Ouagadougou – where the African summits used to be held.
At the same time, media quoted leaders of rebel forces, saying that they believe that a number of senior officials from Qaddafi's regime, including his son Mu'tasim, are hiding in the city, pointing out that the rebels have taken control of the headquarters of Saadi Gaddafi.
In the same context, one of the Nabi city local council members, Waleed Naji Barqan, told “Arabstoday” that: “About a thousand fighters, and about 100 military vehicles left Gargaresh area, 10 kilometers from the center of Tripoli, in the direction of Bani Walid, to lift the siege imposed on the city.
Barqan explained that Saif al-Islam Gaddafi is in Bani Walid, and perhaps Muammar Gaddafi, because lots of Gaddafi’s relatives live in Bani Walid.
Gado brigade commander, Moussa Ali Yunus said that: “We will first negotiate in order to make Gaddafi’s loyalists surrender peacefully, and give some time to citizens to leave the city before we launch the attack.”
Politically, the chief of the Military Council of Tripoli, Abdel-Hakim, Belhadj, denied rumors circulated about the existence al-Qaeda members among the rebels.
He also denied rumors about the presence of Abu Yahya al-Libi, a former fighter in Afghanistan among the rebels; we do not have any contact with him, or information about whether he is alive or dead. "
The Belhadj, confirmed that they care about Libya’s security and that they will not let Libya to be a concern for the neighboring counties.
Explaining that the Libyan authorities and institutions will emerge to dominate the situation and limit the use of weapons.
He explained, that the shape of the country's depends on the people, regard to governance, the form of the Constitution, and noted that they aspire to have a constitution in the state of law and institutions, expressing his ambition to establish relations with the West, and the United States and others, based on the mutual respect, and without interfering in the internal affairs.
Belhadj said regarding the relationship between Algeria and Libya:  "We do not rely much on the government’s positions; we will support each other, and look forward to establishing strong and significant relationships between the two nations.
Belhadj, Did not confirm the information accusing Algeria of supporting Gaddafi’s regime by sending mercenaries, he said:"I do not want to talk about this issue without confirmation, but I will postpone it till we back up these information with evidence and documents.”
The deputy leader of  Tripoli’s military, Mehdi Alharathi has announced his resignation on Friday, without mentioning the reasons behind his decision.
