  Arab Coalition troops targeted a military site related to the Houthi militias and forces loyal to former President Ali Abdullah Saleh at Yemen’s Sada governorate. The attacks led to the killing of a leading member of the militias and one of his aids in addition to two militants. The insurgents bombed the house of a leading member of popular resistance loyal to the legitimate government Abdou Ali Mowada of Atama governorate. On his hand, Yemeni President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi started a visit to Riyadh in the framework of a foreign tour, including Jordan and other Arab states. The visit coincides with the statements issued by a Yemeni official over the United Nations response to the call launched by the Yemeni president to the humanitarian agencies to increase their role to ease the situation in Aden. Minister of Local Administration Abdel Raqeeb Fatah said that UN humanitarian official Stephen Obraien promised to support the role performed by the UN humanitarian agencies ease the situation in Aden during the coming period in cooperation with the legitimate government, stressing that Aden is currently safe. The Yemeni president met with the UN official, as they discussed the current siege imposed by the insurgents against Taiz for two years, stressing the need for activating the United Nations’ role to ease the humanitarian situation there. The UN official was keen to visit Aden Airport to inspect the security situation there. He stressed that the airport is qualified to receive the flights. He also take a tour in a number of Yemeni cities. The Yemeni president visited Emirates as he met with the officials there to discuss the recent developments witnessed in the country on different social, political and economic levels. Presidential adviser Yassin Mekawi said that the visit comes to strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries. He praised the major role performed by the Emirati government to support the Yemeni legitimate government on political and military levels, as Emirates is considered one of the major members of the Arab coalition working in Yemen to eliminate the Houthi militias and other forces loyal to former President Ali Abdullah Saleh.
