Senior diplomats from the three Syrian ceasefire guarantor nations, namely Russia, Turkey and Iran, will meet in Moscow on October 23, a spokesperson for the Russian foreign ministry told TASS on Monday.
"Such a meeting is planned," the spokesperson said.
Russian president’s special envoy for the Middle East and African countries and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov told journalists earlier that Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Ansari would visit Moscow on Tuesday. The Turkish side will be represented by Deputy Foreign Minister Sedat Onal.
