Jessyca Rayanne also revealed she quizzed him about his ex-wife, but he showed no interest in rekindling their romance.
She reportedly bedded the England ace, 30, at his LA holiday home on June 14, just before he flew home for Cheryl's celebrations.
The attractive 28-year-old told a friend: 'I asked him about his wife - he said he wasn't interested in getting back with her.
'He was just telling me what I wanted to hear.'
According to The Sun, Ashley and Jessyca had been in touch for several months, but had never met.
They finally got acquainted with one another when he invited her to the home he was renting with football mates, including Shaun Wright-Phillips.
Jessyca's best friend Destiny Monique, who went with her the house, said: "Jessyca and Ashley were flirting the whole time.
'You could clearly see he was interested in her so we left them alone.

Destiny said: 'When he asked for the photo, she went off him. She realised he wasn't the nice guy he was making out to be.'
The news is another huge blow for the former X Factor judge.
