An AS Roma forward Mohamed Salah's early goal secured the second win for Egypt national team over heavyweights Ghana to reach the African Nations Cup quarter-final as Group D winners.
Salah scored his first goal in the AFCON 2017, held in Gabon, from a brilliant free kick after 11 minutes as the Pharaohs achieved their second group win after beating Uganda and drawing with Mali in their opening two matches.
