Under the patronage of the wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, HH Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Al Jawaher Reception & Convention Centre (JRCC) is launching the premiere Sharjah Bridal Fair. Set to be one of the biggest and most unique bridal exhibitions in the history of the Northern emirate, the event, which is scheduled to run from 19 - 22 May 2016, is designed to introduce bridal couples to the highest quality suppliers of wedding services and products.
Sharjah Bridal Fair (SBF) 2016 is the first wedding exhibition organised by JRCC. The only bridal exhibition dedicated to providing all the supporting services needed for a wedding to be presented in elegant customised stand designs and product categories will be arranged by section, making it easier for the attendees to visit, shop and compare exhibitors’ offerings in one designated section. SBF will offer an exciting experience for every bride and groom to be, showing them that their dream wedding day can become a reality.
Along with providing a great day out for browsing through wedding themed stalls, SBF will be made up of a range of interesting and entertaining workshops, fashion shows and events. Some of the additional activities planned for the fair include: art of make-up classes, fashion and beauty sessions, bridal hair-up styling classes, engagement and wedding planning, wedding budgeting checklist (Emirati style), pre-wedding health and fitness tips, on-the-spot makeovers and much, much more delivered by well-known beauty and lifestyle personalities.
Speaking about the event, JRCC’s Director Hanan Al Mahmoud said: “Following on from the successful launch of ‘The Bride Guide’ which is our first wedding publication dedicated to Emirati brides, we have been looking for additional ways to embrace the wedding market and we believe the fair will be a welcomed addition to Sharjah’s exhibition calendar. The Sharjah Bridal Fair will be the ultimate wedding planner destination.”
To be held in the grand JRCC Halls, SBF will gather at least 100 exhibitors from different business categories, showcasing the very best in wedding related products and services, including Abayas, Jalabiyas, make-up, hair, bride and grooms’ wear, honeymoon planning, photography and videography, henna, food, flowers, jewellery, event planners and more.
In order to ensure the success of this highly anticipated event, JRCC is working alongside a handful of specially selected partners, including strategic partner Swiss Arabian Perfumes, outdoor media partner Al Shuala Media and Official Events Photographer and Videographer Pink Pepper Photography. The fabulous high-end wedding gown brands due to be showcased as part of the fashion show will be provided by ESPOSA and will include Monique Lhuillier, Oscar De La Renta, Carolina Herrera, Marchesa, Savina Deluca, Isabel Sanchis & ESPOSA Couture.
The SBF comes in the wake of the venue's highly successful launch of The Bride Guide on 28th September 2015. The Bride Guide is a comprehensive personal organiser designed to steer future Emirati brides through the process of planning a wedding.
