Jordan’s King Abdullah
Jordan’s King Abdullah went to see the play “I Now Understand You” in Rama Theater, the former Concord on Wednesday evening in Amman.
King Abdullah was accompanied by Crown
Prince Hussein bin Abdullah, Queen Rania, Prince Raad bin Zeid, and some members of the royal family. They enjoyed – with a large audience – the two-hour show, presented by star actors including Mousa Hijazein Hijazin, writer Ahmed Hassan Zoubi and director Mohammad Al-Damour.
Drama writer Zoubi said that the King enjoyed the show and laughed at several scenes during the play.
The play revolves around the situation in the region after the Arab Spring revolutions, and how Arab leaders deal with them. It also focuses on the game of politics in Jordan, the methods of execution applied, and the appointment of ministers.
