Lebanese producer Imad Kanso has cancelled concerts with Hyafa Wahby, Melhem Zein and Majd Fouany. The concerts were expected to occur during the Adha feast in the Movenpick hotel to mourn the killing of Brigadier General Wissam Al Hasan, the head of Lebanese internal security forces (ISF) targeted in a bomb attack on Friday, which killed seven other people.
The Assi El Hellani and Rolla Saad concert, due to be held at Casino Lebanon, was also cancelled.
No announcements were made cancelling the concerts for other Lebanese singers including Elissa and Wael Kafoury, due to take place October 27 at Venice hotel in Beirut, and Carol Samaha's concert on the first day of Adha feast at Abu Dhabi Cornice.
