Lamita disclosed that she wanted to make films with purpose and a message, in order to be remembered by the public as a true artist with talent and varied acting capabilities.
She made her return to the silver screen co-starring alongside Egyptian actor Mohammad Karim in the film "Facebook Romance," travelling to America to gauge public reaction to its release there.
