Egyptian singer Tamer Hosny
Egyptian singer Tamer Hosny expressed his sadness at the current state in Egypt. Referring to the train and school bus collision which killed 50 children a few days ago and the unrest in Mohammad Mahmoud street that also resulted in several casualties,
the ongoing issues "deeply saddened" the star. "When I see violence anywhere in the world, and especially in Egypt, I pray everyday that things become stable" he said.
He warned his fans about rumours and how quickly they spread, resulting in more unrest in an already unstable environment. He called on for more solidarity within the country.
Tamer Hosny is in the midst of completing his upcoming album, which is due to release in the beginning of next year.
