Former model beats anorexia after fiancé buys wedding dress

Kate, 31, has battled the eating disorder since her teens and once weighed just four stone by surviving on nothing but mints. The former model was regularly admitted to hospital and doctors warned her she would never have children because her body was so damaged by the condition. But when she got engaged to sweetheart Barry, 30, gave her an ultimatum, start eating or the wedding is off. So unlike most brides who desperately diet into their dresses, Kate had to EAT her way into the outfit - and put on so much weight she even needed the waist let out. The stunning blonde has maintained her weight - and the couple have now had the baby they feared they could never have.
