Syrian refugee aid is not enough, says human right worker
Damascus - George Al Shami

Syrian refugee aid is not enough, says human right worker Syrian people in different governorates and cities are facing the threat of starvation due to the siege imposed by governmental troops. The country is currently facing a food shortage and scarcity in drinking water. Anatolia News Agency quoted Coordinator of Syrian Affairs in the Turkish Relief Authority, Mohamed Ughlu, as saying that over two-thirds of the Syrian population may face starvation, adding that scholars of Homos are now allowing people to eat the meat of cats in attempts to overcome this.
He added that a large number of areas between the Syrian cites of Damascus and Homos are suffering from the siege, adding that the Turkish authority faced many challenges during the recent period to deliver relief materials to these areas.
Ughlu stressed that the aid submitted to the people of Syria is "not sufficient," calling on citizens of all Arab countries, to "pay attention to the Syrian humanitarian crisis."
