Jumeirah at Etihad Towers
Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, operated by the global luxury hotel company Jumeirah Group, has officially launched its 'Chill and Grill' Friday brunch.
With a focus on fresh gourmet experiences in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere, the Friday brunch is held at the hotel’s popular Nahaam restaurant, providing guests with both indoor and extensive al fresco dining options as well as live, interactive cooking stations, carveries, seafood and shellfish bars, three grill stations and a dessert and artisan cheese counter.
Nahaam Restaurant, located at Podium Level 1 of the Abu Dhabi hotel, offers beach views and poolside dining areas. The name Nahaam refers to the singer who was traditionally on pearl diving dhows and would sing soulful songs as the boats headed off to sea and joyful chants as they returned safely home. It is the Nahaam through his vocal talents who provided comfort to his colleagues throughout their voyages, just as the "comforting" and "Soul Food" cuisine offered at Nahaam's 'Chill and Grill' Friday brunch provides guests with international favourites.
Reflecting the restaurant's connection to the sea in name and location, fresh seafood will play a prominent role in its culinary line-up, including a barbecue grill specialising in Omani lobsters, calamari, tiger prawns and local specialities. In addition, a live Oyster Bar provides fresh oysters shucked to order and a live Sushi and Sashimi counter showcases the expertise of the hotel’s popular Japanese restaurant, Tori No Su. A dedicated grill for the choicest cuts of prime meat offers baby back American beef ribs, prime beef sirloin and salsa verde, as well as an Arabic mixed grill including popular dishes such as Shish Taouk and Kofta, while another international barbecue grill offers Jamaican jerk marinated baby chicken, Ras El Hanout and rosemary marinated lamb cutlets, as well as char-grilled beef and Mexican spiced chicken burgers.
Nahaam's 'Chill and Grill' Friday brunch is held every Friday and is perfect for families, groups, couples and individuals.
