After trying to sell her Los Angeles home once and failing, Britney Spears is hoping that she can shift the property at a bargain price. The singer listed her home on sale again, with more than $4million less than she
paid for it.
After purchasing the Mediterranean-style villa in 2007, Spears is taking a hit by selling it for only $2.995million. The property features five bedrooms, six bathrooms and it has around 7,500 square feet of living space. The back yard opens up into a swimming pool and spa area.
