The home was built in 1969 and is situated in a gated community in the Los Feliz Hills.Stunning views of Los Angeles can be seen from the property, which has been restored from it original condition of the famous architect's style. 

Modifications have however been made to made to make the home more Eco-friendly, including solar panels. Spanning over a single 2,835-square-feet floor, the house contains four bedrooms and three bathrooms.  Nearly every room is said to have floor-to-ceiling glass, including in the office, kitchen and living room, leading to the stunning sunny views.
