Katy Perry sells New York apartment

Katy Perry’s New York apartment Katy Perry has offloaded the New York penthouse she once splashed out on with now ex-husband Russell Brand. The 27-year-old is believed to have made close to the $2.75 million asking price on the sale of the duplex apartment, which she bought for the same amount in September 2010, a month before she wed comedian Brand. 1,500 square foot property is situated in TriBeCa and boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cherry wood staircase, steel kitchen and a south-facing terrace boasting impressive views of the city.
Following their split in December, Katy and Russell agreed the pop star would keep their Beverly Hills mansion but she was seen moving out of the $6 million property in January.
