New Nissan Micra
Nissan has confirmed that its new Micra would make its UK showroom debut in September.
The iconic Micra has formed
the backbone of Nissan’s small car range for over 30 years, and in its latest incarnation offers more technology, equipment and value for money than ever before.
In addition to a bold new look front and rear, the new Micra also benefits from a complete interior makeover. A new centre console, upgraded materials, higher equipment levels and USB connectivity all feature as standard, while the new NissanConnect navigation and communication system, complete with state-of-the-art 5.8-inch touchscreen display, is also available for the first time on the Micra. Other clever technologies include a Parking Slot Measurement system and an I-Key feature that allows drivers to keep their keys in their pockets or bags when opening, closing and starting their Micra.
The launch range consists of three familiar trim grades and the option of two advanced engines: a 1.2-litre 80PS unit and a 1.2-litre Supercharged DIG-S powerplant with 98PS. A CVT transmission is available on both engines.
