Abu Dhabi Media, one of the fastest growing, multi-platform media and entertainment organisations in the Middle East, launches a 24/7 HD action sports channel focused on live broadcast. In collaboration with IMG, Abu Dhabi Media welcomes EDGE Sport HD to the Abu Dhabi Television network making it the first English Channel in the group transforming the UAE sporting sector.
Commenting on the launch, Abdul Hadi Al Sheikh, Executive Director of Television of Abu Dhabi Media, said: "We are working seamlessly on ensuring the best content reaches its audience worldwide. The latest addition is dubbed the future of action sports and is set to transform sport media setting a new benchmark by brings over 900 hours of content and broadcasts over 500 live hours through 320 million households from 25 different territories.
