In a beautiful and interactive atmosphere that prevailed Al Majaz Waterfront, which hosts a range of events of Sharjah Food Festival, organized by the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority "Shurooq" from 25 March until 4 April 2015, Chef Mark Abed appeared on Wednesday evening (25 March) in a live cooking demonstration during the festival.
Abed-a winner of the most wanted chef award in Abu Dhabi- presented a summary of his long experience in culinary which he gained at the hands of a group of international chefs who received Michelin stars in Europe, the Middle East and the United States. During his stay in Al Majaz Waterfront, Chef Mark Abed presented a set of distinctive dishes that reflected his passion for food and different ways of presenting. He relied on his famous saying "food is tasteless without companionship", which makes him distinctive in presenting his dishes. This qualified him to be a consultant to a large number of the most important restaurants in the world.
It is noteworthy that Chef Mark Abed presents a television programme on DMTV channel under the title "Lel Shabaa" in which he tries to provide multiple varieties of international dishes.
