Social Media Pioneers Forum activities
Bahrain News Agency (BNA) announced its plan to broadcast live on air the Second Social Media Pioneers Forum activities organised by the International Social Media Club (Bahrain Chapter) under the auspices of Minister of State
for Telecommunications Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa on December 10 and 11 in collaboration with Takatuf for Events Management and Al-Ostora Consultancy.
More than 400,000 club members in 350 branches around the globe will be able to watch the forum activities live, including speeches and workshops, on their smartphones or personal computers.
BNA Acting Director-General, Mohannad Sulaiman, said interested viewers inside Bahrain or abroad will be able to follow up the forum activities on "BNA Live" . BNA is keen on ensuring a live audio-visual and text media coverage of all major events in the Kingdom.
President of the Media Club Ali Sabkar, said that the dierct transmission of the forum activities will generalise the benefit of relaying this major event hosted in Bahrain to the outside world. Mr. Sabkar expressed his gratitude to Bahrain News Agency for its constant support to the Club by communicating its media message in order to accomplish its ultimate goal of making Bahrain the homeland of the social media industry in the Middle East.
