Kuwaiti Chef Hussein Al Ali, known as "Concept 15", used to provide a variety of international dishes, in which he relies on his long experience he gained through his work in the United States.
During his participation in the live cooking shows hosted by Al Majaz Waterfront on Thursday (26 March), which is one of the leading events organized by Sharjah Food Festival, organized by the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority "Shurooq" during the period from 25 March until 4 April 2015, Chef Hussein Al Ali presented a range of delicious dishes in which he expressed his own style in the preparation of dishes, which is mainly related to the Western and American cuisine.
During his participation in the festival, Chef Hussein Al Ali, who owns the "Concept Cuisine" restaurant in Kuwait, provided a range of important pieces of advice to the festival audience to help them prepare different dishes characterized by the quality of healthy food. In addition to his charismatic presence in the culinary field, Chef Hussein Al Ali has also active presence on social media, where he has significant influence on these sites in the Arab region and the Middle East.
