The United Arab Emirates Government has launched its official account on "Instagram" in order to raise awareness about its work and activities among various segments of the community.
The new account, @UAEGOV, is an official platform to introduce and share federal government activities with the public in an innovative manner. It reflects the leadership growing interest in employing latest technologies to engage with various segments of the community.
The federal government official account on Instagram includes a library of exclusive photos of officials and behind the scenes of work in government entities. It gives the viewers a glimpse of a working environment that fosters innovation and creativity.
It includes on-the-spot information on meetings of the U.A.E. Cabinet and the Ministerial Cabinet for Services to make the public aware and engaged about various topics of concern to them. It also has a documented historic archive of the Cabinet as well interactive questions about the U.A.E., achievements and progress.
The U.A.E.'s official Instagram account, @UAEGOV, is the second channel for the Federal Government after the U.A.E. Government "YouTube" which was launched in June by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, U.A.E. Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. The channel is an official and exclusive source of news related to the federal government's activities which are broadcast with the highest technical quality.
