Al-Quds University shuts down main campus

Al-Quds University main campus Al-Quds University closed its main Abu Dis campus, east of Jerusalem, on Tuesday following Israeli army raid on the area and clashes with residents since the night before, according to university sources. They said the university decided to close the campus for one day to prevent any harm from reaching the students after the Israeli army has raided the area and fired tear gas inside the campus.
The army has demolished a building in Abu Dis on claims it was built without a permit and informed another resident of the demolition of his six-apartment building in the same area.
