Bukhatir Education Advancement & Management (Beam) celebrated the exceptional educators of Creative Science Schools at Nujoom-Night of Stars, a private, awe-inspiring event hosted in Dubai.
Teacher Oluwatoyin Afiz was awarded the prestigious “Educator of the Year” award at the event for being a true enabler of knowledge through his passionate, inspiring, and often unconventional teaching style that goes beyond classroom.
In its inaugural year, the Nujoom Awards celebrated the Night of Stars as an ode to over 1,100 dedicated educators and staff that make Creative Science Schools among the leading international UK and US curriculum K-12 providers in the UAE.
Speaking at the event, the Chairman and CEO of Beam, Salah Bukhatir stated, “Nujoom-Night of Stars marks another milestone of what is hoped will be an infinite journey of success. We honor and celebrate the exceptional and the inspirational amongst you. The recognition is a tribute to the outstanding efforts in creativity and dedication that are pivotal to the success of our students.”
The awards event recognized both individuals and teams for their exceptional contributions in various categories such as the Happiness Architects, Self-Learners, Effective Learning Specialists and Demystifiers, to name a few.
The Nujoom-Night of Stars offered diverse elements to inspire, captivate and mesmerize the audience through unique live performances and video segments which recounted the journey of the participants over the past couple of months leading up to the awards night at each of Beam’s five campuses. The event culminated in a splendid gala dinner.
Beam is widely known for its excellence in operating the British and American curriculum K-12 schools under the banner of International School of Creative Science and American School of Creative Science run in Dubai and Sharjah. The Creative Science Schools provide a unique combination of international curriculum blended with a strong Arabic language program enabled by experienced academic teams and a technology infrastructure geared towards achieving strong teaching and learning outcomes.
The Creative Science Schools take pride in recognizing each child’s unique gifts and talents while ensuring they experience a holistic educational process at all the campuses.
In addition to building core critical thinking skills, promoting modern languages and sciences, and academic excellence among their pupils, each of the Creative Science Schools campuses are carefully designed to promote strong moral values and principles, creating well-rounded global leaders of learning, innovation, humanity and faith.
