The U.A.E. University has been ranked among the best 400 universities, according to the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings. The QS based its classification on a number of strict requirements, among others, the academic reputation, recruitment and productivity indicators, research, proportion of teaching staff to students, attractiveness of university to professors and foreign students.
This classification is based on a global survey of more than 3,000 international universities, views of more than 50,000 academics and employers along with research indicators.
This excellence is attributed to the continuous support of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the keenness of Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
It is worth mentioning that the U.A.E. University always strives to maintain its position among the best universities in international rankings of universities in line with the global standards adopted by the university in its quest for excellence.
