Finnish Ambassador here Laura Kansikas-Debraise said that her country's government finances about 64% of higher education services which are free in Finland.
The Finnish education system managed to cope with the swift changes and enhance analyzing information for citizens so as to achieve more progress in the 21st century.
During her speech at conference entitled (Secret of distinguished Finnish education), the diplomat stressed the importance of the conference which represents the best strategies in the field of higher education in Finland and finds ways of applying them in Egypt.
Egypt has a vision to develop higher education, she underlined, asserting the need of enhancing dialogue and cooperation between both countries to allow Egypt face future challenges
