Antiquities Minister Khaled el Anani delivered a speech about the Egyptian museums and their role in enhancing cultural awareness. 

This came during UNESCO High Level Forum On Museum, which is currently being held in China's Shenzhen Municipality.

Delivering a speech, Anani shed light on the projects of the Grand Egyptian Museum and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization.

He also reviewed the ministry's efforts to renovate and develop the current Egyptian museums, including the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, the Greek Museum in Alexandria along with the museums, which were recently opened in Mallawi Museum.
