Macedonia's President Gjorge Ivanov accompanied by his wife, arrived in Amman on Saturday on an official working visit during which he will hold talks with His Majesty King Abdullah II.
The talks will focus on means to forge closer ties between Jordan and Macedonia as well as current regional developments.
During his several-day visit, the Macedonian president will also meet with a number of senior Jordanian officials.
Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, President Ivanov was received by State Minister for Investment Affairs Muhannad Shehadeh, the mayor of Amman, the governor of Amman, Jordan's non-resident ambassador to Macedonia as well as a number of civil and military officials.
