The UAE Vice President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, has ordered the release of 334 inmates from the Penal and Correctional Institutions in the emirate of Dubai on the occasion of “Eid Al Adha”. Dubai Attorney General Essam Eisa Al Humaidan congratulated the pardoned prisoners on the advent of Eid Al Adha, thanking Sheikh Mohammed for his humanitarian gesture and keenness as a leader for bringing the families together during the religious and national occasions. He noted that the Public Prosecution in Dubai has commenced coordination with Dubai Police General Headquarters to take executive and legal procedures to implement the orders of Sheikh Mohammed so that the released prisoners return to their families ahead of Eid Al Adha to spend holidays with their families.
