Prime Minister Sherif Ismail will visit Luxor on Wednesday to inspect a number of development projects being implemented in the governorate, including drinking water and sanitation projects in addition to those related to the health field.
The premier will be accompanied by a number of ministers during his two-day visit, during which he is scheduled to meet with MPs of the Upper Egyptian governorate in the presence of its governor Mohamed Badr.
The lawmakers will post Ismail on the details of the ongoing projects and the services provided to Luxor’s residents.
The prime minister is also set to inspect some archaeological projects on the western bank of Egypt’s ancient city.
On Tuesday, Ismail held separate meetings with interior minister Magdy Abdel Ghaffar, local development minister Hisham el Sherif and agriculture minister Abdel Mon’em el Banna to discuss several files in each ministry.
