Thailand's Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha will visit the White House in October.
Euronews quoted Thai Foreign Minister Don Pramudwinai as saying on Tuesday that trade and security will be on the agenda.
"There will be discussions with President Trump about trade, investment, military security and the regional situation which is a big issue," Pramudwinai said.
Last week, US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson paid a visit to Thailand, the highest level visit by a US official since the military took power in 2014.
