Belarus Ambassador in Cairo Sergei Rachkov said that Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry will start a two-day visit to Minsk on Sunday for talks with senior officials there.
In statements to MENA on Friday, the diplomat said that Shoukry is scheduled to meet the foreign and antitrust regulation and trade ministers, and the chairman of the National Assembly (Parliament) of Belarus.
The two sides' talks will focus on strengthening bilateral ties in all fields and progress made so far to implement agreements that were signed during Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko's visit to Cairo in January.
The visit will be the first by an Egyptian minister to Belarus.
