Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi said on Wednesday that Egypt is seeking to benefit from policies and experts of the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
The remark was made at a meeting with OECD Secretary General Angel Gurria in Paris on the sidelines of his current visit here, said Presidential Spokesman Ambassador Alaa Youssef.
The president lauded technical support provided by the organization to Egypt in different domains.
For his part, Gurria expressed satisfaction over coordination and cooperation with Egypt which is maintained for 10 years now, said the spokesman.
The meeting took up joint ventures between both sides including one for upgrading the Suez Canal economic zone, added the spokesman.
