Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi left the Gabonese capital on Thursday heading for Chad.
Presidential Spokesman Alaa Youssef said Gabonese President Ali Bongo saw Sisi off at the Libreville International Airport.
Sisi was accorded an official farewell by the Gabonese president.
The president embarked on Monday on a four-leg African tour that took him to Tanzania, Rwanda and Gabon.
