Sustainable economic reforms requires 'efficient'

Egypt's Planning Minister Hala el Saeed on Wednesday said an efficient administrative reform is a must to render economic reform efforts sustainable.
The state has implemented a part of the legislative reform which is the civil service law and the institutional reform would follow, el Saeed, now on a visit to Paris, told MENA.
The main goal of reforms is to offer better services for citizens, she added.
On Thursday, the minister is set to partake in the annual meeting of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development in the French capital
