President Donald Trump's Deputy Assistant, Sebastian Gorka, has left the White House, a White House official said.
A White House official, speaking on condition of anonymity said that Mr Gorka did not quit but "no longer works at the White House", suggesting he may have been fired.
Gorka had been accused of ties to far-right groups and his claimed counter-terrorism knowledge was repeatedly questioned by peers.
Earlier, a number of Trump's staff left their posts, including Trump's chief strategist Steve Bannon, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer, Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci and White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus.
