Ingredients 8 sponge finger biscuits, broken in pieces 1/3 cup (80ml) fresh orange juice 2 tablespoons mixed berry jam, warmed 300g blueberries 1 1/3 cups low-fat vanilla yoghurt Instructions Step 1 Divide biscuits among 4 x 250ml-capacity serving dishes. Drizzle 1 tablespoon orange juice over each. Step 2 Combine jam and 1 1/2 cups berries and divide among dishes. Top each with 1/3 cup yoghurt. Sprinkle with remaining berries. Chill until serving.
