The number of suspected cholera cases in Yemen have reached 368,000 with 1,828 deaths during the period from April 27 to July 19 2017, World Health Organization (WHO) spokeswoman Fadila al-Shayeb said in a press conference Friday.
About 53% of the cases were registered in governorates of Sanaa, Hodeida, Hagga, Emran and Ibb, al Shayeb added.
Yemen's cholera outbreak is far from being controlled, sustained efforts are required to stop the spread of this disease, she further added.
